Refund Policy

At Cosmos, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

All returns must be requested and postmarked within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. Items returned after this 30-day window will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Item Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Packaging: Must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Damage: Free of any signs of wear, stains, or odors (unless the item arrived damaged).

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email Us: Contact our support team at support@shop-cosmos.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Authorization: Once approved, we will provide you with a return form via email.

  3. Ship It Back: Place the item securely in its original packaging along with the return form.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.

  • Method: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for lost or damaged packages in transit.

  • Original Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment.

  • Timeline: Please allow 10 business days for our team to process your return once it arrives.

  • Bank Processing: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 1–2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days of approval, please contact us at support@shop-cosmos.com.

6. Damages and Defective Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item (wrong size or color), contact us immediately at support@shop-cosmos.com. We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer a traditional free exchange program at this time. If you require a different size or item:

  • Please contact support to see if your item is eligible for an exchange.

  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.

  • In certain cases, we may offer a "Special One-Time Exception" replacement. If you are not satisfied with that replacement, both the original and the replacement must be returned to qualify for a refund.
