Refund policy
At Mirror, we sell fragrance online — and we know that's an inherently imperfect premise. You can't smell it before it arrives. That's why our guarantee exists: to completely remove your risk.
1. Return Window
Returns must be requested within 30 days of your delivery date. We've extended this window intentionally — we want you to wear the fragrance, live with the dry-down, and give it a real chance before deciding.
2. Item Condition - Open it. Spray it.
Unlike most return policies, we explicitly allow you to open and use your bottle before returning it. You are not required to return an untouched product. If the scent doesn't perform as promised, doesn't last, or simply isn't for you — that qualifies.
The only items not eligible for return are those that were damaged by misuse or reported more than 30 days after delivery.
3. How To Start A Return
Email us at hello@shopmirror.co with your order number and a brief note on what didn't work for you. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with your return authorization and next steps. No lengthy interrogations. No hoops.
4. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service, as Mirror cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the credit may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear — this is outside our control, but if it's been more than 15 business days post-approval, reach out at hello@shopmirror.co and we'll investigate immediately.
6. Damages and Defective Issues
Inspect your order when it arrives. If something is broken, leaking, or incorrect — contact us at hello@shopmirror.co right away with your order number and a photo. We will ship a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you, no return required in most cases.
7. Exchanges
We don't run a standard exchange program, but if you received the wrong scent or want to swap for something better suited to you, contact our support team. We handle these on a case-by-case basis and will always try to find a reasonable solution.
